  1. Buttons/macros stopped working

    Please fix the app. All extra buttons don't work anymore. Both on Windows and macOS. The macros stopped working for no reason. Fix it ASAP!

    软件启动使用后，关闭了该软件窗口，在Win系统桌面上，软件默认窗口区域鼠标无法选中桌面图标，也点不了右键，结束logiaiportal进程后才恢复正常

  4. Faulty App Charging Display

    I had an issue when it comes to the app, for a while it was showing that the unit (MX Keys S) was not charging (staying in 80%). Had to restart the pc and the app multiple times. After doing that it shows that the unit is full charge. I hope this issue can be address and if it happens again, you have some guide to navigate this problem.

  5. LogiOptions+ high CPU usage, call stack added

    Test your software before delivery. LogiOptions+ is consuming 12-15% CPU on my machine and makes some application less responsive. Also, have a better support site where users can file bugs. If you're interested, here the call stack:

    If this is not fixed soon, I will send back the MX Creative Console and webcam I ordered, they are useless if a utility is so badly written.

  6. MX Console Software

    Jetzt habe ich die teure MX Console gekauft und kann beim Job Dial viele Funktionen, die es z.B. bei der Maus gibt (z.B. das ganz einfache "Vergrößern", überhaupt nicht auswählen. Das empfinde ich als derart einschränkend, dass ich mir überlege, die Hardware wieder zum Händler zurückzuschicken. Superschade!

  8. Useless piece of ****

    Idea? How about getting it to work first? It must be the most useless piece of **** software I have ever come across. At least 19 times out 20 it just silently dies while starting. Every time I open my PC I have to spend 10 minutes getting my mouse to scroll as I want it to (never mind the other settings). Your software simply does not work. Therefore it is useless, it has no reason to exist.

  9. Action Ring size adjusting

    As a user, i would like to be able to adjust the size (appearance) of the "action ring", so that it matches my screen resolution and eye comfort. I have a high resolution due to a big screen, and the action ring appears small and the text is unreadable

  12. Remove "AI" garbage.

    Kindly remove or allow users to disable/remove any "AI" (laugh) options in your software. It's pathetic that it's even being added. Y'all are so desperate to jump on that bandwagon.

  13. Mouse pointer jumps

    This is the worst mouse I have ever used. The pointer flies all over the screen. I am using USB connection to a laptop. My old basic mouse that used batteries never had issues.

  14. ständig neu Installieren und neu einstellen

    Ich war lange sehr zufrieden mit Logi Options+. Es gab nie Probleme oder ähnliches. Aber seit kurzer Zeit gibt es häufiger das Problem, dass alle Einstellungen die ich zB an den Tasten meiner Maus vorgenommen habe auf Standart zurückgesetzt werden. Will ich dann die Options+ App öffnen, sehe ich nur den Ladescreen ohne dass sich die App wirklich öffnet. Ich muss dann die App löschen und neu installieren sowie dann alle Änderungen an den Maustasten neu vornehmen. Ich scheine auch nicht der einzige mit diesen Probleme zu sein.

  16. AI Prompt 실행 오류

    Logi AI Prompt Bulider가 작동되지 않습니다. Options+의 완전 삭제 및 재설치나 윈도우 업데이트 등 다양한 방법을 시도해봤으나 현재 PC에서는 작동이 되지 않습니다.
    이전에는 작동이 되었던 PC이고, 동일 제품을 다른 PC에서 활용했을 때는 실행이 되어서 해당 PC의 문제인데 원인 및 해결방법을 찾지 못하고 있습니다.
    제품은 M720인데 이 제품의 문제가 아닌 듯 합니다. MX Master3 제품을 이용해도, 다른 키보드를 이용해도 해당 PC에서만 작동이 되지 않고, Options+ 를 이전 버전으로 설치해도 마찬가지입니다.

    윈도우와의 충돌인지 무엇이 원인인지 해결 방안 찾으면 좋겠습니다.

    M650使用側鍵綁定"指揮中心"後，在進入遊戲(英雄聯盟)全螢幕時，按下綁定的按鍵會進入"指揮中心"狀態(全黑)，而mac無論是快捷建" Control + 向上鍵"，或是手勢(三指向上滑動)，都不會進入"指揮中心"，希望可以在進一步使這功能可以跟內建的一樣可以關閉某些快捷功能

    キーボードショートカットにctrlやaltなどアルファベットキーとの組み合わせで登録した場合、単体押しで機能するが、その後にボタンを押し続けても連続押しになりません。単体のキーバードキーは動作します。

    Please correct the procedure of adding a mouse. Why do you have to click 10 times and if you miss once you must do it again.

    Its completely silly !!!

    You must fire asap whoever designed this procedure. Its completely NOT customer friendly !!
